Superintendent's Message

“Critics are our friends, they show us our faults.”- Benjamin Franklin
Student of the Week
We are proud to recognize Justin “JW” Harris, a 4th grader in Mrs. Jackson’s class, as our Student of the Week!
JW joined Canton ISD this school year as a 4th grader and has already made a positive impact on the campus. His favorite subject is Math, and he enjoys baseball, fishing, and RC driving. JW has also played football for the past two years. Looking ahead, he hopes to one day be a part of both high school and college fishing teams.
Dr. Lloyd shares:
“JW is a leader, a model student, and a wonderful example to his classmates. He is off to a great start at Canton ISD, and we are so thankful to have him as part of the CIS and CISD family. JW is truly choosing to soar!”
